Tribology is the science that studies the interaction of the surfaces of objects in relative motion. But it is almost completely ignored at the application level. This paper briefly summarizes the tribological work carried out in Paleolithic art, and provides examples to demonstrate the The value of the scientific method, but not its discipline.
